Our baggage policy is the same as the airlines. Pets must be kenneled and
accompanied by a passenger. The cost is $10-$15 per kennel depending on size.

ALL-WAYS Charter Service makes passenger drop offs at
both Main Terminal and Huber H. Humphrey Charter Terminal. When arriving at
the the airport, your driver will stop at your airline, across from ticketing
area. Please wait for the driver to get out, open the door, and help you out.
The driver will unload your baggage and set it on the curb for you.
ALL-WAYS Charter Service will not be responsible for
delays caused by conditions beyond our control or if you have made your
reservation to close to your departure time and miss your flight.

Follow signs to baggage claim area, collect any
luggage you may have. At Carousel #8, take the escalator going down. Once
down, you will walk past Northwest E Ticket counter and turn right. Walk
straight ahead and take the elevator or escalator up one floor. Check in with
the ALL-WAYS Charter Service Representative. If you are
running late, we ask that once you have landed, go over and check in and then
go back and get you luggage.
From the HHH Charter Terminal, if your
flight comes into HHH, you must board the free Light Rail to the Main (Lindbergh) Terminal. Ask HHH Terminal staff for Light Rail departure
information. The light rail will drop you at the Transit Center at Lindbergh terminal. Upon arrival proceed to the tram level (one
floor up). Take tram. After exiting tram continue down hallway to the Airport
Information Desk, turn left, take escalator or
elevator up one level to the Ground Transportation Atrium. The Airport
Passenger Service Desk for Eau Claire will be on the right as you proceed down the
ground transportation atrium hallway. Check in with the agent on duty.

ALL-WAYS Charter Service provides charters by special
arrangement. Charters are available to the following cities and their
airports: Chicago, Des Moines, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Rochester and any private charter you may have. Please give

Covers a shipment up to 100 pounds between La Crosse, Winona, Wabasha,
Lake City, Red Wing, Hastings and Minneapolis Airport Areas. Shipments over
one hundred pounds there is an additional $1.00 charge for every 10 pounds or
portion thereof. Multiple packages to the same address is
an additional $2.00 per package.
